About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Content & Campaign Manager to lead our clients’ digital presence through impactful social media management, high-performing ad campaigns, and strategic content planning. This role requires someone who can blend creative storytelling with data-driven marketing, ensuring maximum ROI across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other social media channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content across multiple client social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage posting schedules, content calendars, and audience engagement.
  • Write compelling captions, design content briefs, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.

2. Paid Campaign Management (Meta & Google)

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) to maximize ROI.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to reduce ad costs while boosting conversions.

3. Content Strategy & Coordination

  • Develop monthly content strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters for campaign creatives.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for platform algorithms.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard) to track progress.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in social media management and paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEO basics, Canva/Photoshop (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Google Ad Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Client Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
