Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable Capable to capturing denials Appeal to insurances for pending claims End to End knowledge of revenue cycle management process Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management Primary Skills Experience in international BPO specifically in a Voice process Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
