You will be responsible for revenue achievement through product sales, designing marketing plans for product adoption, and conducting market research to gather consumer insights. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing and rolling out marketing plans to ensure product adoption across various channels. - Conducting market research to gather consumer insights for designing competitive offerings. - Analyzing customer segments and needs to conceptualize and launch health packages. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product adoption and service delivery. - Leading comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities. - Driving the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch with clear timelines and governance. - Collaborating for 360 launch campaigns and ensuring timely and consistent rollouts. - Tracking key KPIs and gathering input for post-launch strategy refinement. In order to excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in product management and hold an MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Your competencies should include market research, strategic planning, communication, data analytics, and a customer-centric mindset. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in BI tools and MS Office Suite, data-driven decision-making skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and successful collaboration across various functions.,
