Consumer Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Delhivery, your primary responsibility will be to build and scale awareness and consideration for Delhivery Direct. You will be required to own awareness and engagement by implementing top-of-funnel visibility strategies through digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and social storytelling. Your role will involve identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across platforms to bring Delhivery Direct to life in culture-relevant ways. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-frequency campaigns around festive periods, gifting seasons, and shipping demand peaks. Leading content ideation and narrative development for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms will also be a key aspect of your role, requiring you to stay ahead of trends and cultural moments. Collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign rollouts will be essential. You will also need to measure campaign effectiveness using brand lift, awareness metrics, and engagement KPIs, and iterate quickly based on learnings. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in consumer marketing at a leading internet or consumer services brand (Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, Meesho, Dunzo, etc.). - Proven ability to run high-velocity digital and influencer campaigns. - A social-first thinker with a strong understanding of trends and the ability to make brands part of the conversation. - Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns in parallel. - Experience working with agency and creator ecosystems and managing budgets effectively. - Sound understanding of consumer behavior, digital platforms, and brand storytelling.
