Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in consumer durable product financing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team management, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle a team of Sales Executives to drive consumer durable loan sales in the assigned territory Ensure target achievement for the team on a monthly basis Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners/dealers Ensure proper training and motivation of the team to maintain productivity Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms Regular reporting of sales performance and market insights to seniors Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to strategize local sales activities Requirements: Postgraduate in any stream(MBA) 25 years of experience in sales and team handling, preferably in NBFCs or financial services Good understanding of consumer durable financing and retail sales Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to travel within the assigned area
