Consulting UC Engineer - Webex Calling
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Job Description

What You ll Own:

~Architect and implement cutting-edge UC solutions on Cisco Webex
~Provide L3 support for complex incidents and escalations
~Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, IVRs, auto attendants, and contact center flows
~Migrate legacy platforms like CUCM and UCCX to Webex
~Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize call quality, routing, and performance
~Integrate Webex CC with CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, and other platforms

Tech Stack Highlights:

~Webex Control Hub
~Cisco TAC coordination
~SIP, QoS, PSTN integrations
~PCAP, SIP trace, and media path analysis
