• Proficiency in gathering data through interviews and secondary research

• Provide technical assistance and programmatic support to facilitate the implementation of various activities and achieve the defined objectives
• Conduct periodic field visits to review programme implementation, identify implementation challenges and support in charting appropriate solutions
• Systematic collection, documentation and presentation of information regarding the result area, and providing technical inputs
• Develop and monitor the record-keeping and reporting mechanism, including tools and checklists, and support in strengthening routine monitoring and supervision
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and seminars with stakeholders and coordinate with the multilateral organisations and various government departments as required
• Support and ensure timely data recording, preparation of periodical reports and information dissemination 
• Accommodate any tasks related to mandated compliances, inspections, visits, and appraisals by various teams from multi-lateral organisations, the GOI, and other agencies

Educational Qualification:

• Post-graduate/graduate degree in the field of Management/ Medical/ Public Health, or a related field
• Proficiency in the Gujarati language would be a plus

Work Experience:

• Senior Consultant:

  6+ years of relevant experience for non-medical candidates or 4+ years of relevant experience for medical candidates

• Consultant:

  2+ years of relevant experience for medical/non-medical candidates
