Manager/consultant - Infrastructure Management

Pravi is hiring across multiple tracks for a public-sector infrastructure development and management project in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Track 1: Project Management

Positions:

• Team Lead:

   PG, with 8+ years of experience (5+ years as Team Lead) 

• Manager:

  PG, with 5+ years of experience OR 7+ years of experience for graduates

• Consultant:

  Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 3+ years of experience

Criteria:

• MBA/ Law or Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Strong skills in risk, resource, and schedule management
• Experience in infrastructure project/government project delivery is mandatory
• Experience in construction management is a plus

Track 2: Information Technology

Positions:

• Manager:

  PG, along with 5+ years of experience

• Consultant:

  Graduate/Post Graduate, along with 2+ years of experience

Criteria:

• Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT/ Data Science/ Statistics, or Management
• Experience in MIS development/ management, preferably in infrastructure, database management, and data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
• Asset mapping, cataloguing, and monitoring experience is an advantage

Track 3: Legal and Policy Advisory

Positions:

• Manager:

  Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience

• Consultant:

  Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 2+ years of experience

Criteria:

• Law/Public Policy/Social Sciences/Administration, or related fields
• Experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, policy/governance consulting, contract drafting, etc.
• Infrastructure development sector exposure is a plus

Track 4: Communication and

Positions:

• Manager:

  Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience 

• Consultant:

  Graduate/Postgraduate, along with 3+ years of experience

Criteria:

• Mass Communication, PR, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in public affairs communication and command over the Gujarati language are added advantages
