One of our core focus areas is STEM Education - equipping children with essential coding, science, and electronics knowledge to think critically, solve problems, and apply concepts in real-life contexts.
Who We re Looking For
We re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented STEM Consultant to design and deliver high-quality video-based learning content. You will combine subject expertise with creative instructional design to produce engaging, student-centered lessons that make STEM concepts accessible and enjoyable.

What You ll Do
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to align video content with TAP s educational objectives.
- Develop detailed lesson plans and scripts for STEM video content, ensuring clarity and age-appropriateness.
- Research and conceptualize real-life applications of coding and science to spark curiosity.
- Structure activity plans that make learning interactive and relatable.
- Design visually appealing, student-friendly templates using Canva.
- Create engaging educational videos in Hinglish and Hindi, explaining STEM concepts simply and effectively.
- Edit and finalize videos to ensure high-quality, student-centric output.
Curriculum Enhancement Student Engagement
- Ensure all content is aligned with learning outcomes and TAP pedagogy.
- Use visual aids, animations, and real-life examples to simplify complex concepts.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical exercises.
- Continuously update and refine content based on student feedback and emerging STEM trends.
Who You Are
- You bring a strong background in STEM, particularly Electronics, with the curiosity to make technical concepts accessible.
- You see STEM not just as subjects, but as tools to spark creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
- You re creative at heart - equally comfortable scripting a lesson, designing a template, or recording a hands-on demonstration.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and take ownership of delivering high-quality outputs.
- You re detail-oriented, action-focused, and adaptable to challenges.
- You re comfortable working in Hinglish and Hindi to reach diverse student audiences.
- You re proficient and fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- You have 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in STEM, preferably with experience in education or curriculum design.
