ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Highly capable SharePoint administrator to manage SharePoint environment. configuring SharePoint platform, adding document libraries, and developing shared storage space and backup procedures.Problem solving issues that arise in a day-to-day running of Clients/users process and providing timely responses and solutions as requiredProviding On-call support during critical issues. (Weekdays off business hours and weekends)Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.Reviewing usage and activity reports and ensuring optimized user-experiences.Excellent oral and written communications skillsProviding high levels of client satisfaction on escalation tickets.Experience with production support and knowledge on change management, incident management. Experience with ServiceNow etc.Exposure in practicing ITIL standards for Infrastructure management.BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES
Working with the Service Delivery Team and explaining the ongoing issues. PRIMARY SKILLS
Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online (Primary Skill), MS Teams, OneDrive and O365 Services.Strong knowledge of SharePoint Governance and AdministrationTroubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.Good Experience in PowerShell scriptingHandling escalation related to SharePoint online, MS Teams & OneDriveSharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive and Large File Share Servers Migrations to online & exp on tools like Sharegate, Metalogix, AvePoint etc.Knowledge of SharePoint on-prem, Exchange and Windows Server operating systems will be added advantage.Deep understanding of MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)Hands-on experience in PowerApps and Power AutomateStrong experience in windows troubleshootingPREFERRED SKILLS
Certification Minimum ITIL V3, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), SharePoint Related Certification/Training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
