Consultants and Senior Consultants Role Deallus is currently seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to contribute to its newly established operations in India. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in managing the delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, expectations, and project timelines. Working closely with the Key Account Lead, Consultants and Senior Consultants serve as the primary point of contact for projects, manage client relationships, and oversee the Deallus project team. Key Responsibilities - Develop key project deliverables, including qualitative, quantitative, financial, and pharmaco-economic research, analysis, and synthesis. - Conceptualize complex data into actionable insights using strategic frameworks. - Create, adhere to, and manage project plans and budgets, ensuring key milestones and delivery timelines are met. - Manage small teams to execute client projects, addressing performance concerns and ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Conduct project reviews, seek feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project term. - Interact with client teams, communicate progress, address concerns, and maintain client relationships. - Take on practice leadership roles related to recruiting, knowledge management, and pursuit leadership. Requirements Required: - Familiarity and in-market experience with the global pharmaceutical market through recent employment with consulting firms. - Postgraduate or advanced degree in life sciences (preferably pharma, medicine, or biotechnology) or a relevant field. - Track record of professional success and leadership skills. Desirable: - Experience in Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Strategy, and/or Market Access projects. - Depth in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, Vaccines, Immunology, Cell & Gene, and Rare Disease. - Publications, conference presentations, etc. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in written and verbal English. - Experience in managing multiple projects or complex work streams. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Behavioral Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. - Proven analytical skills and communication abilities. - Strong understanding of the life sciences/pharma industry. - Delegation and people management skills. - Alignment with Deallus values: Collaboration, Curiosity, Passion, Resilience, and Winning Mindset.
