Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Developer – Reltio MDM with 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio to drive data integrity and support critical business functions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Reltio MDM solutions ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement data models, workflows, configurations, and customizations within the Reltio platform. Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Reltio MDM components. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Reltio MDM implementations. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. Mentor junior developers and contribute to skill development across the team. Stay current with industry trends, Reltio platform enhancements, and MDM best practices. Required Qualifications 6 – 9 years of experience in Reltio MDM development and implementation. Strong expertise in data modeling , data integration , and data quality management . Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with performance tuning and optimization in MDM environments. Solid understanding of data governance , privacy , and security principles. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies . Prior experience leading team of junior developers or leading technical efforts is a plus.
