Consultant - Implementation

Role Overview: You are a skilled Functional/Implementation Consultant with experience in ERPNext, and you will be joining a dynamic team at Dexciss Technology Pvt Ltd located in Pune Branch. Your role will involve implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERPNext solutions to align with the specific business requirements of clients. You will work closely with clients, configure the ERPNext system, provide training and support, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements - Configure ERPNext modules, customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards - Provide end-user training and support - Conduct system testing and troubleshooting - Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations - Stay updated with ERPNext releases, features, and best practices - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Share knowledge within the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field - At least 1 year of experience as an ERPNext Functional/Implementation Consultant - Strong understanding of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERPNext - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Additional Details: In return, you will be offered a competitive salary package, flexible work hours, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.,
