You are a skilled Functional/Implementation Consultant with experience in ERPNext, and you will be joining a dynamic team at Dexciss Technology Pvt Ltd located in Pune Branch. Your role will involve implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERPNext solutions to align with the specific business requirements of clients. You will work closely with clients, configure the ERPNext system, provide training and support, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, configuring ERPNext modules, customizing workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards, providing end-user training and support, conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with technical teams for system integrations and customizations. You will also need to stay updated with ERPNext releases, features, and best practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and share knowledge within the team. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, along with at least 1 year of experience as an ERPNext Functional/Implementation Consultant. You should possess a strong understanding of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR, and have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERPNext. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required. Experience with ERPNext version upgrades and migrations will be considered a plus.
