As a Business Process Management company, you will be responsible for owning engagements end-to-end. This includes connecting with internal and external stakeholders, understanding briefs, framing problem statements, creating roadmaps/engagement models, conducting (user) research, synthesizing findings, and imagining and prototyping possible solutions. You will also conduct process assessment workshops to identify improvement opportunities and tailor solutions to customer needs. Additionally, you will manage Digital Transformation projects for the account from planning to closure, working closely with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be expected to rationalize and quantify design decisions in proposed solutions, choreograph the experience for client visits/workshops, facilitate workshops using various solutioning techniques, and envision a user-centered design approach in a BPO/service environment. Ideally, you will have experience in P&C Insurance transformation, designing/implementing solutions in resource-constrained environments, and working directly with client stakeholders. Previous involvement in proposals/pitches for design-led projects and experience in a BPM/KPO/Captive/Contact Centre environment is highly desired.
