Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and executing projects to meet agreed targets with clients. Your role will involve LEAN Six Sigma and Digital Transformation Project mentoring, building curated transformation solutions for clients, and ensuring adherence to internal protocols through design thinking workshops and other activities. Additionally, you will conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities and execute projects to meet client targets - Mentor LEAN Six Sigma and Digital Transformation Projects - Build transformation solutions for clients with cross-functional teams - Adhere to internal protocols through design thinking workshops and other activities - Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings Qualifications: - Minimum academic qualification: College Graduates (15 Years) - System working knowledge required: Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, basic internet, and web-based applications) - Language proficiency (English): Good/Excellent - Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills - Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Minitab - Certified Greenbelt/Blackbelt - Project management and design thinking practitioner - P&C Insurance experience - Action and results-oriented, self-driven, analytical, structured, quality-focused, and adaptable,
