Role Summary

We are looking for a Consultant – Bank & NBFC Onboarding to strengthen our institutional partnerships and expand our home loan DSA network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in establishing and managing relationships with banks/NBFCs, and a deep understanding of the home loan ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding of banks and NBFCs into FinPe’s DSA partner network.
• Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner institutions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business expansion goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Chennai.
• 4–8 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Proven track record in DSA/channel partnerships, preferably in the home loan segment.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
