Role Summary We are looking for a Consultant – Bank & NBFC Onboarding to strengthen our institutional partnerships and expand our home loan DSA network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in establishing and managing relationships with banks/NBFCs, and a deep understanding of the home loan ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Drive onboarding of banks and NBFCs into FinPe’s DSA partner network. Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle from initiation to closure. Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner institutions. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business expansion goals. Required Qualifications & Skills Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Chennai. 4–8 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services. Proven track record in DSA/channel partnerships, preferably in the home loan segment. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
