About the Role

Consultant

mentoring startups, evaluating their performance, driving strategic initiatives, and facilitating partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide startup teams through

  strategic insights

  on product development, marketing, operations, and fundraising.

• Evaluate startup applications

  by designing and applying robust performance frameworks; track KPIs and recommend actionable improvements.
• Support in drafting and reviewing

  agreements, SOPs, and policies

  to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships

  with investors, service providers, and ecosystem enablers.

• Plan and execute startup events

  — from concept development and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and team management.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Prior experience in

  startup mentorship, project management, or strategy consulting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage diverse priorities.
• Excellent

  communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement

  capabilities.
• Exposure to

  MSME, Livelihood, Skilling, Agriculture, or Startup

  sectors will be an advantage.
