Job Description

A Site Supervisor manages daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals by directing workers, coordinating subcontractors, inspecting work, managing materials, and enforcing strict health & safety protocols, acting as the crucial link between management, workers, and stakeholders for efficient project execution.  Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate construction workers and subcontractors; resolve conflicts; maintain discipline. Project Execution: Oversee daily operations, monitor progress against schedules, ensure work aligns with plans/specs, and prepare reports. Safety & Quality: Implement safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, inspect for hazards, ensure PPE use, and maintain work quality. Coordination: Liaise with managers, architects, engineers, and suppliers; manage material flow and contractor usage. Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, work orders, material logs, and daily reports.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: Education: Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Experience: Proven experience in site supervision, knowledge of construction processes & materials. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and blueprint reading.
