Job Role & Responsibilities 1. Site Management Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, engineers, and project managers. Maintain daily site reports, labour records, progress logs. 2. Quality & Safety Monitoring Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers follow site safety rules. Check material quality, work quality, and verify measurements. Highlight deviations immediately and get corrective measures implemented. 3. Material & Resource Handling Manage material receipt, usage, and stock levels on site. Raise material requirements in advance to avoid delays. Prevent wastage and pilferage. 4. Coordination & Communication Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and suppliers. Communicate daily progress to the Project Manager. Manage client/site owner queries if required. 5. Execution Oversight Supervise shuttering, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works. Ensure correct levels, alignment, and workmanship. Support testing, inspections, and handover processes. Candidate Requirements Education: Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred) 10th/12th pass with strong experience can also apply Experience: Minimum 3 years site supervision experience in building construction Experience with residential/commercial projects preferred Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and construction sequences Skills Required: Strong leadership & labour management Ability to read drawings and measure work correctly Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer/smartphone reporting Other Requirements: Must be disciplined, honest, and punctual Should be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines Must be willing to work full-time on site
