Job Summary:

Construction Quality engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall

  site construction management

  , ensuring smooth execution in coordination with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control day-to-day site activities with adherence to the project schedule and quality standards.
  
• Drive core project functions including

  budgeting, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, execution, quality assurance

  , and

  documentation

  .
• Conduct and manage

  daily, weekly, and monthly meetings

  with relevant teams and share required progress reports and presentations.
• Provide

  design inputs

  , participate in

  design reviews

  , and address

  clash detection and resolution

  on-site.
• Coordinate installation and

  pre-commissioning of HVAC, chillers, VFDs, fire alarms, compressors

  , and other key systems.
• Supervise installation of

  motors, pumps, piping

  ,

  electrical panels, cable trays, lighting systems, earthing

  , and ensure successful commissioning.
• Verify

  vendor bills, perform quantity surveying

  , and manage contractor deliverables.
• Enforce strong

  site safety practices

  and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Deliver

  value engineering

  by optimizing cost, time, and quality at every stage of execution.
• Support

  post-commissioning

  activities by liaising with vendors and addressing operational issues.
• Maintain regular and transparent

  communication with the client

  , ensuring project alignment and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in industrial project execution and site management.
  
• Proven experience with HVAC systems, electrical panel installation, mechanical equipment commissioning.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.
  
• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and other project management tools.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects under tight timelines.
