Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Construction Quality Engineer. The Construction Quality Engineer will oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in all aspects of construction projects, including quality assurance, control, and management. Daily responsibilities include monitoring work progress, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with established standards, and collaborating with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. The role is critical in maintaining product quality and delivering excellence in every project.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management
• Expertise in Quality Control, including effective monitoring and inspection of construction processes
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance systems and procedures
• Understanding of Product Quality standards and technical specifications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site dynamic environment
