Review and approve material submittals and method statements related to quality. Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms related to quality processes. Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for quality inspections and approvals. Maintain familiarity with applicable BIS/IRC/IS/ASTM codes. Training & Improvements: Train site teams and labor contractors on quality standards and checklists. Identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes to reduce quality defects or rework.
