Provide design inputs , participate in design reviews , and address clash detection and resolution on-site. Coordinate installation and pre-commissioning of HVAC, chillers, VFDs, fire alarms, compressors , and other key systems. Supervise installation of motors, pumps, piping , electrical panels, cable trays, lighting systems, earthing , and ensure successful commissioning. Verify vendor bills, perform quantity surveying , and manage contractor deliverables. Enforce strong site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Deliver value engineering by optimizing cost, time, and quality at every stage of execution. Support post-commissioning activities by liaising with vendors and addressing operational issues. Maintain regular and transparent communication with the client , ensuring project alignment and updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 12+ years of experience in industrial project execution and site management. Proven experience with HVAC systems, electrical panel installation, mechanical equipment commissioning. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.
