About the Role

The Construction Manager will oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report on status.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10–12 Years of experience in construction management.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay range and compensation package

Budget: ₹12.5–13 LPA
