💼 Construction Head (Solar + BESS) – Rajasthan

Lead multi-disciplinary construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Experience: 18–20 years in large-scale EPC/Solar/Renewables.

💼 Civil Works & Service Procurement Lead – Pan India

Own procurement strategy, vendor development, sourcing, and contract management.

Experience: 14–18 years, with 8–10 years in Civil Works & Services procurement.

💼 Security Head – Rajasthan

Oversee multi-site security operations, surveillance, manpower deployment & emergency preparedness.

Experience: 12–20 years in industrial security; defence background preferred.

💼 ROW Head – Madhya Pradesh

Lead Right-of-Way activities, liaise with authorities, resolve disputes & ensure uninterrupted project access.

Experience: 20+ years in field operations, security, or administrative coordination.

💼 State Head – Land Acquisition – Gujarat

Drive land acquisition for solar & wind projects, negotiations, legal/technical assessments & stakeholder management.

Experience: 15+ years, preferably in renewable energy land acquisition.
