Construction Management:

Supervise and manage site construction activities as per project plans and specifications.

Resource & Cost Management:

Monitor material, labor, and equipment requirements and optimize their usage.
Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control measures.
Evaluate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
Maintain proper records of all construction activities and schedule updates.
Ensure documentation compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
