Pushpam Infra LLP – Real estate Company in Pune – is looking for an experienced Construction Head to join our leadership team.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 20+ years in Real Estate / Construction (preferably Residential)

Industry: Real Estate – Residential Projects

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end leadership of construction execution
• Project planning, team management & resource allocation
• Budget control, timeline tracking, and quality assurance
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and clients
• Building a high-performance, motivated construction team
• Setting up Proper Systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 20–25 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Flexible to travel to project sites.
