Role Responsibilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to identify and acquire speakers (CEOs, top government officials, sector experts)  Ability to communicate well with senior officials (both government and private sector), be both courteous and confident.  Should know which category of speakers to contact, how to pitch the event to them and eventually get them onboarded for the conference.  Prepare all documents related to conferences (speaker invitation letters, conference agendas, speaker bios, etc.)  Manage Speaker Requirements (presentations, Travel, Other coordination)  Develop working relationships with relevant organisations (corporate, government agencies, industry associations)  Liaise with other departments within the organization  Need to be open to travelling for conferences Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in conference or event sales. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in conference sales.
