We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a assistant Project Manager-Physical Events. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing physical events. Your primary focus will be on strategic partnership management, guiding the

marketing team, cultivating association partnerships, and ensuring the attendance of esteemed VVIP guests. Knowledge of ESG concepts will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective strategies to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, elevating the success and impact of our events.

• Guide the marketing team in crafting and implementing event marketing and promotion efforts to drive attendance and engagement.

• Foster strong partnerships with industry associations and organizations to enhance the event's credibility and broaden its reach.

• Personally manage the confirmation and attendance of VVIP guests, delivering exceptional communication and personalized experiences.

• Plan, organize, and execute physical events, meticulously aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event coordination and execution.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and participants, gaining deep insights into their needs and delivering exceptional event experiences.

• Oversee event registration, attendee management, and post-event follow-up activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering valuable feedback to continuously improve future events.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management, constantly refining our event strategies and delivery.


Essential Requirements:


• Demonstrated expertise as a project manager in physical event management, boasting a track record of successful events.

• Strong aptitude for strategic partnership management, adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring the marketing team to achieve outstanding results.

• Proficiency in cultivating association partnerships, leveraging these alliances to enhance event credibility and attract targeted audiences.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective interaction with VVIP guests and the delivery of impeccable service.

• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling the successful management of multiple events and competing priorities.

• Keen attention to detail, ensuring a meticulous approach to event planning and execution.

• Familiarity with event marketing and promotion strategies, including collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, facilitating efficient planning, tracking, and delivery of events.

• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing unforeseen challenges with agility and composure.

• Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams and exhibiting exceptional leadership skills.

• Flexibility to accommodate non-traditional hours and travel requirements associated with event execution.

• Knowledge of ESG concepts (added advantage).
