Compensation: 4-5.5 LPA base salary + uncapped incentives

About the Role


Our client is looking for a Concierge Sales Associate who can deliver a personalised, high-touch shopping experience to our top customers. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it combines product expertise, relationship-building, and curated styling support to create a premium, white-glove experience for VIP and high-intent shoppers. You will be the go-to contact for customers who expect fast responses, smooth solutions, and exclusive access to products and drops.


Key Responsibilities


Personalised Client Assistance


Act as a dedicated point of contact for high-value customers. Share product recommendations, styling suggestions, sizing help, and exclusive previews. Support customers throughout their entire shopping journey from inquiry to purchase to post-sales follow-up.​


Sales Revenue Growth


Drive conversions by understanding client needs and curating personalised solutions.... Close sales through WhatsApp, calls, and DM-based conversations. Promote new arrivals, exclusive drops, restocks, and limited editions to the right audience. Maintain and grow a portfolio of loyal, returning customers.​


Customer Experience


Deliver fast, premium, and consistent service. Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy. Ensure all clients feel valued and experience a VIP-level interaction.​


CRM Client Management


Maintain updated customer profiles, preferences, and purchase history. Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics. Build long-term relationships that increase customer lifetime value.

Collaboration Coordination


Work closely with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to share product insights, customer feedback, and content recommendations. Support during drop launches, influencer sales, events, and exclusive campaigns



What You Bring


  • 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, luxury retail, concierge service, tele-sales, or customer experience.


  • Exceptional communication skills, friendly, clear, and confident. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships. 


  • Strong product understanding or interest in streetwear, sneakers, and fashion trends.


  • High ownership mindset, quick response speed, and strong follow-up discipline.


  • Comfortable working with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and phone-based sales.
