Concierge Executive

Role Overview: As a Concierge Executive at Quintessentially, your primary role will be to support the team in managing member requests and providing high-quality personalized services. You will assist in handling day-to-day tasks such as restaurant bookings, travel arrangements, gifting, event ticketing, and deliveries. Additionally, you will curate unique lifestyle experiences based on member preferences, maintain accurate member data in the CRM system, and ensure timely service delivery by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support the lifestyle team by handling member requests and coordinating services efficiently. - Curate and coordinate unique lifestyle experiences for members. - Maintain accurate member data and service updates in the CRM system. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. - Resolve service-related issues through proper follow-up and coordination. Qualifications Required: - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience in customer service, luxury lifestyle management, or concierge services. - Deep understanding of global luxury lifestyle trends with a professional approach. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a commitment to excellence. - Proficiency in time management, planning, and prioritization of tasks efficiently. - Flexibility to meet client requests and deliver solutions in a high-pressure environment. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field. - Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in Front Office/F&B/Concierge. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with fluency in English. - Exposure to working with executives, senior professionals, or VIP clients is preferred. - Passion for the luxury lifestyle, travel, and hospitality domain. - Strong coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.,
