Concierge Executive

As a Concierge Executive at The Knowledge Center, your primary responsibility will be to gain in-depth knowledge of various products and ensure accurate arrangement and categorization within the Catalogue Library. You will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency in branding, formatting, and presentation across all Catalogue Library entries. Your coordination skills will be put to use as you work with internal teams and brand partners to collect the latest product data, high-quality images, and relevant documentation. Additionally, you will conduct brand meetings, understand materials, categories, and product segments in detail to support client queries and internal decision-making. Creating and maintaining attribute masters for each category will be essential, ensuring accurate implementation of all related SOPs for cataloguing, uploads, and data hygiene. Your skills as a Concierge Executive will require the ability to explain basic technical concepts to non-technical visitors or clients effectively. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be valuable in this role. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software will be considered a plus. A passion for design and architecture, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, will set you up for success in this position. The educational qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. While prior work experience is not mandatory, up to 0-1 years of experience in a front office, administrator, or client-facing role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry, will be advantageous. In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, you will also be expected to organize physical and digital catalogues and product samples in a logical, accessible manner to enhance user experience and retrieval. You will play a part in enforcing cataloguing standards and data hygiene practices across all entries in the system. Your role as a Concierge Executive at The Knowledge Center will be full-time, and the work location will be in person during day shifts. Proficiency in English is required for this position.,
