As a Luxury Lifestyle Manager at Quintessentially, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining exceptional service levels to our discerning clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with Dedicated Members during the initial introduction to service and throughout their membership journey as requested. Building strong relationships with members will be key to understanding their preferences and providing tailored luxury experiences. Your job functions will include selecting the most effective form of member communication, based on swift resolution and member preferences. With a good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury products/services, you will cater to our global members" requests related to travel, leisure, and services. Keeping members updated regularly and following up post-request to obtain feedback will be essential in ensuring high satisfaction levels. You will be expected to offer personalized suggestions based on each member's known preferences and maintain appropriate member profile groupings by interest, likes, and dislikes. This will help in providing relevant and up-to-date information to enhance the member experience. To qualify for this role, you should have a background in Customer Service Management, Guest Relations, Lifestyle or Account Management, Hospitality, luxury travel, and leisure. A minimum of 4-7 years of Concierge experience is required along with excellent communication skills. An in-depth understanding of the requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent individuals and high net worth individuals is essential for success in this position.
