Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate computer systems and maintain data accuracy.
  • Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Prepare and print reports, letters, and other office documents.
  • Update and maintain company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure regular backups of important data.
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting of software or hardware issues.
  • Handle email communication and file management.
  • Coordinate with other departments for information sharing.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
