Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate computer systems and networks. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, data entry, and system updates. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Run batch jobs, reports, and scheduled tasks according to operational procedures. Maintain logs of system activity and report any abnormalities to IT staff. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in system operations. Provide technical assistance to staff as needed. Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and systems.
