Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor computer systems and networks to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Operate and manage computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of system operations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and new technologies.
• Ensure data integrity and security by following established protocols.
• Assist in the development of operational procedures related to computer systems.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
