Computer Operator

·       Perform accurate and timely data entry for all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) stock movements, stock levels, and returns. ·       Coordinate with the warehouse team, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations. ·       Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), such as daily operation logs, stock audits, and performance tracking. ·       Monitor error messages within the system, troubleshoot basic hardware (scanners, printers) or software issues, and report complex malfunctions to the IT department. ·       Ensure all receipts, dispatch documents, and inventory labels are updated accurately and stored in the correct system locations. ·       Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions. ·       Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling them with system data. ·       Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.   Required Skills and Qualifications: ·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus). ·       Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or data entry role, preferably within a medical & logistics environment. ·       Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)   ·       Soft Skills: ·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ·       Good written and verbal communication skills.
