Key Responsibilities: Procure construction materials and services based on project needs. Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs); track orders and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and inventory. Coordinate with the site, store, and project teams for material planning and stock levels. Evaluate supplier performance and identify new potential vendors. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards. Candidate Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant field. 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry. Familiarity with local construction material vendors in Gujarat. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP is an advantage.
