Role OverviewThe Computer Operator cum Office Assistant will handle day-to-day office operations, data entry, documentation, and coordination tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can support both administrative and operational activities. Key ResponsibilitiesComputer & Documentation Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and updating company databases. Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports. Maintain and organize digital/physical files. Office Coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, forwarding them to the concerned department. Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and logistics teams. Assist in preparing product catalogs, presentations, and simple documentation. Administrative Support Manage day-to-day office activities and provide clerical support. Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining records. Support the sales and operations team with routine tasks. Other Tasks Handle minor accounting entries (if required). Maintain office supplies and coordinate with admin for requirements. RequirementsGraduate or Diploma holder (preferred in Computer/Commerce/Administration). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet operations. Familiarity with email drafting, data management, and documentation. Good communication skills (English/Hindi). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
