Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable Computer Operator cum Office Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to manage computer operations, routine office administration, and entry-level accounting tasks using Tally. Key Responsibilities: Operate computers for data entry, documentation, and record maintenance. Prepare, update, and maintain files, reports, spreadsheets, and databases. Handle email communication, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing. Maintain office records, registers, and inventory. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier records. Perform basic accounting work using Tally, including: Voucher entry (sales, purchase, receipts, payments) Expense entries and petty cash records Basic ledger maintenance Invoice entry and record keeping Assist in bank-related documentation and basic reconciliations (if required). Coordinate with internal staff for administrative and accounts support. Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and report technical issues. Support management with day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting entries Good typing speed and accuracy Basic computer and internet skills Organizational and time-management abilities
