Job Description

Role Overview The Site Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall maintenance, facilities, and service operations at the site. This includes supervising housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the premises. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and the capability to coordinate multiple service teams efficiently. Manage service schedules and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Coordinate with contractors and technicians for specialized repairs. Ensure day-to-day site operations run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain logs, checklists, incident reports, and compliance records. Monitor service quality and ensure all vendors meet SLA expectations. Implement safety standards, emergency protocols, and statutory compliance. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, tenants, or clients at the site. Address complaints and service requests promptly. Provide regular updates to senior management.
