Job Summary

Jalamrut Water Treatment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for water/wastewater treatment plants and related infrastructure
• Create P&IDs, piping layouts, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and equipment layouts
• Support civil/structural detailing as per project scope
• Coordinate with engineers to translate design concepts into precise drawings
• Update and revise drawings based on engineer/site feedback
• Maintain drawing libraries, CAD standards, and drawing logs
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and client specifications
• Assist in generating construction, permit, and as-built drawings
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure design compatibility

Requirements

• Education:

  Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in drafting for water/wastewater or infrastructure projects

• Software Skills:

  Proficient in

  AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

• Domain Knowledge:

• Understanding of water/wastewater treatment layouts, equipment placement, and process flow diagrams

• Familiarity with drafting standards, BOQs, and technical detailing

• Other Skills:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and file management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and team collaboration
