CAD/Revit Technician

As a CAD/Revit Technician, you will play a critical role in transforming design inputs into construction-ready documentation and models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Documentation

• Produce 2D elevations, RCPs (Reflected Ceiling Plans), and drawing packages in CAD and Revit.
• Prepare construction-ready documentation with precision and attention to detail.

3D Modeling & Rendering

• Develop accurate 3D models in Revit based on provided 2D drawings.
• Render 2D inputs into presentation-quality outputs for project stakeholders.

Technical Support

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings and models meet project specifications.
• Maintain consistency in drafting standards and file management.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Revit (Critical)

  – Strong expertise in 3D modeling and drafting.

• AutoCAD (Supporting)

  – Proficiency in producing and editing 2D drawings.
• Solid drafting knowledge to create accurate, professional, construction-ready documentation.

• Not MEP-focused — stakeholder requires

  civil/architecture-side drafting expertise

Qualifications

• Proven experience 3+ years of experience as a CAD/Revit Technician or Drafter in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Revit-based 3D modeling and CAD drafting.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
