Job Description

Role Overview: As a Compliance Professional at Siemens Ltd, India in Mumbai, you will be a key player in implementing the Siemens Compliance Management Systems for various compliance activity fields. Reporting to the Regional Compliance Officer (RCO), you will collaborate with senior compliance team members and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advisory and guidance to business stakeholders, employees, and corporate teams on compliance topics and emerging risk areas. - Implement global compliance policies and procedures, customized to meet local laws and regulations. - Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and work on mitigation steps. - Support independent investigation team with plausibility checks, aid in implementing decisions of the local disciplinary committee, and monitor remedial actions post investigations. - Perform compliance monitoring and site reviews, report outcomes to management, and implement remedial actions. Develop action plans in response to audit observations and compliance violations. - Develop and conduct training and awareness programs using global resources to foster a culture of ethical decision-making and compliance. Qualification Required: - High integrity, ethical awareness, value orientation, and trustworthiness. - Masters degree in law, economics, finance, accounting, business management, or related fields. - Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance or related areas such as audit, legal, risk, or investigations. - Knowledge of laws related to Data Privacy and/or Export Control compliance fields is advantageous. - Proficiency in Data Analytics & Visualization, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential. - Willingness to travel.,
