Responsibilities - Human Resources Use the Odoo platform to manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Oversee the new hire onboarding process, preparing new hire packets, coordinating first-day logistics, and ensuring a smooth integration for new employees. Maintain accurate digital records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Provide administrative and logistical support for HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Prepare essential HR-related documents, such as offer letters, HR related policies as needed, employment verification letters, and performance review forms. Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing general inquiries and directing employees to appropriate resources. Manage employee leaves, including tracking applied and remaining leave balances, and providing regular updates to management. Handle offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing administrative tasks. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree, with some HR knowledge Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience Responsibilities - Office Administration Responsible for opening/closing the office, supervise its cleaning and manage office supplies Coordinate company events, including room setup and catering arrangements.
