Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with
IFSCA
and
SEZ
regulations and handle periodic filings.
Liaise with
banks, IFSCA officials, SEZ authorities
, auditors, and consultants.
Support
accounting and finance
activities including reconciliations, documentation, and audit coordination.
Maintain statutory records, compliance registers, and internal documentation.
Track regulatory updates and assist in policy and process compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related field (CA/CS/MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or finance roles—
GIFT City/IFSC experience preferred
.
Good understanding of regulatory filings, documentation, and liaison work.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
