Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar Experience: 1–3 years Role: Full-time We are looking for a Compliance Officer to manage regulatory compliance, accounting support, and liaison activities for our GIFT City entity. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with IFSCA, SEZ authorities, and banks within the GIFT IFSC ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with IFSCA and SEZ regulations and handle periodic filings. Liaise with banks, IFSCA officials, SEZ authorities , auditors, and consultants. Support accounting and finance activities including reconciliations, documentation, and audit coordination. Maintain statutory records, compliance registers, and internal documentation. Track regulatory updates and assist in policy and process compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related field (CA/CS/MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or finance roles— GIFT City/IFSC experience preferred .
