Key Responsibilities:

Lead Investment Activities:

• Oversee and direct investment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain and enhance service relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven capability to lead teams effectively and inspire high performance.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the performance of investment products.

Team Development:

• Train and mentor a diverse team of executives across various roles to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Performance Reporting:

• Regularly report on product performance and deliverables to management, providing insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Financial Certifications: Possess relevant certifications such as NISM RIA, NISM Derivatives, and NISM Research.

Reasoning and Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to make data-driven decisions.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven capability to lead teams effectively and inspire high performance.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
